Default Exhaust leak?

Hard to explain noises and my digicam dosent pick it up. From underneath the car i can hear (when below 3500 rpm) a flittering, weak, choppy, airy sound. Ive never heard it up until a month and a half, 2 months ago. Im thinking its the header flange? Gasket? Hole in exhaust? Resonator? And my cars exhaust piping clicks when i turn the car off. I know what this is, but i never seem to hear any of my buddies' cars do it. Anything you can come up with just let me know, thanks

I have the same problem! I just installed my brand new RS*R exMag exhaust and every time I drive for a while I hear the same noise! It obviously has to do with the rise in temperature of either my midpiping or cat. I have yet to jack my car up and actually take a look. But I suppose it's normal.

its not normal, you lose HP with that ******* leak..

its your gasket man, or take it to a muffler shop and weld it right for you.
