%pt harness in CRX?
Anyone with a 5-point harness (or any harness) need some info on installing this. I am looking to get one and want to put it on my car (91 CRX), and still run full interior. After almost losing my life and my EF (r.i.p.), I’d feel safer with something holding me in that’s a lil more solid. I don’t have a roll cage, so that is out of the question. I have seen a few cars with them but not sure where to bolt them to the body. And I know it would be better to put them in with a cage but a cage right now it out of the question (needs to get my swap done 1st)…please help or direct me to the right info. TIA!

I have a drag style harness, so it's prolly different from others. I mounted the lap belts on my to the 87 stock seatbelt locations. Dunno about the back though as the drag style is intened to be used with a roll bar/cage. The crotch harness I have is just looped around the bottom of the seat, others may require you to drill a hole to mount it.
It may not be a CRX but hopefully it'll give you some ideas:

Run a 4-point or 5-point and run the shoulder straps back to your rear strut tower bar. This is the only way the harness would be legal. If you run the shoulder belts on too steep of an angle, this will compress your spine if you get in an accident.
