Default ys1 tranny in 90 gs

i currently have a 1990 integra gs with the stock 5 spd tranny. i have an exedy stage one clutch and fidanza flywheel, but i want to drop the 92-93 integra ys1 tranny into the car. the only problem i have, is that i know if i put the ys1 in the car, the clutch from the 90 tranny, will not work. i originally ordered the wrong part number and got a 92-93 clutch and it didn't work because the input shafts are different or something like that. i returned the clutch and got the right part, along with the flywheel. i want to know if it is possible to take the gears from the ys1 and put them into the 90 tranny that i have. i don't want to lose my new clutch and flywheel. thanks.

Put the 92-93 tranny in your car and use a 90-93 pressure plate and flywheel but use a 92-93 clutch disk

EDIT you should have kept the 92-93 disk that is the one you need
