Default Volks, Advans, or Works...

My homeboi is looking to buy some rims for his 2000 prelude. He's an all show kind of guy but he likes to keep things simple and clean. He has about $2000 grand to spend on some rims with tires.

He told me that he wants them to be atleast 18's and Volks, Advans, and Works rimz spike his interest. What rims do you guys thing he should get and where is a good place to get those rims for that price?? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

This is his ride..

It's a show car..so no flames please..but i have to say its pretty clean even though
