There are a couple of screws holding in the cigarette lighter/ashtray assembly that need to be removed in order to access the cupholder. Everything else should be straight forward.

Open the center console armrest thing. There should be a couple of screws in there. Then down on the side of it on the outside, there are two black short screws. Then in the little space where the E-brake handle it, there is a little black cover. Pry that off, and there are two gold colored screws in there. Once everything is out, you can slide the entire thing back.

After that, a few more screws will be revealed. Two, I believe. And then there are two more little short black screws on the front sides of the center console near the cup holder. Like where your knees would be if you were sitting down. Then the whole shift area of the console will come up and you can see everything.

Make sure you remove your shift **** if you want to get it entirely off. Good luck.

its an article about removing your stock head unti but it shows how to take out the center console since you have to do that to get it out. if you arent a member of team-integra you will probably have to sign up to see it, which is a good idea anyway since they have tons of articles that can help you out.
