SOHC ZC DPFI...doable?
My GF also has a 91 DX Hatch, it's Auto however, but it burns more then 1 liter of oil per week. I'm sure it's the rings. It's cheaper I think to get a SOHC ZC (because I have one in the garage already....
) rather then getting new rings and honning etc.
Can I take the DPFI intake manifold from the D15B2 and slap that onto the SOHC ZC? will it work properly?
It's just not really worth doing a MPFI swap on this car.

In all honesty I think it WOULD be worth doing the MPFI. It's going to restrict the motor to put DPFI on it
. Plus i'm not exactly sure if it would work properly in the first place but maybe someone else can anwser that?
(thanks for the anwser while I was typing this

Yeah, I know it will work as in bolt in...but will it WORK.
It's a 1.6L with more power then the 1.5L, some or most of that power can be from the MPFI however..so I'm not sure.
I guess if I get a Auto PM6 ecu, it wouldn't be hard at all to do the MPFI.
hmmmmmm.
