Hey, I just picked up a set of tenzo seats that have faded covers(from red to pink). I have heard that if you send tenzo some pics of your seats and make arrangements to send them back, they will send you new covers for free.

Does anyone have more info? I found none on the site and have already emailed tenzo. I dont know how long they will take to respond though. Any help is appreciated.

Well I don't know of any warranty like that, but I have the RED one just like yours and what I tried to get it recovered. Everyplace said it was too hard and refused, OR they were gonna charge $400 to do it. So i went to the fabric store and bough some stuff, ( #30.00 to the penny ) and recovered it myself ( has my mom help me since i'm not the BEST sewer ever....


But this is the result of one days work and $30.











Don't think it came out too bad , considering i had really no template or pattern except for the dissasembled pieces of the original material and we didn't measure anything....

 

well i dont know how i missed your post. but that looks pretty good for something just thrown together.

as for the warranty, it is a 1 year warranty against fading. You need to take it back to the shop where you purchased it and they will take care of making the proper arrangements.

 

It looks weird because of the loose material.

for the effort and saving $$$

 

u should try adding some of that fabric glue then paste it to the foam that would make it come out better
