Throwing code, need some help/advice
Alright.
I've got a 95 GSR-T. Turbo kit is being tuned tomorrow. I've got a question though.
Im throwing a 21 code. (vtec solenoid). Well during the shipping of my head it seemed to break the casing a bit and made for a bad fit. The clip or how it connects wasn't damaged and it fit back on perfectly with some electrical tape.
Im still throwing that code though even after taping it up and making that connection. The battery has been dead and the ecu has been unplugged during this time. However, upon getting the car going and plugging back in the ecu the code is still there. I need to know because I am getting my car tuned tomorrow and i'd hate to not have vtec, Im sure that would mess up something with my car. Let me know what you guys think or if you need any more info.
