Just wanted to show you guys what I've been working on for the B20VTEC engines. A customer of mine had his Moroso pan modified to my specs and then I was able to route the tubes in a way that increased ground clearance some 1-1/4" over my older style header with the stock pan. I will be offering a "SMSP" spec oil pan built by Moroso from the get go. Moroso is currently reviewing my drawings and these pictures and I've been told to expect pricing by mid week. This pan will fit all B series engines and therefore can be used to aid ground clearance across the board with this flat style header.
The pictures are going to be posted by Austin who offered to host them (thanks) so please be patient. The pictures will include the modified pan, B20VTEC header and some comparison shots off a stock ITR collector. The primaries and secondaries haven't been coated yet so the finish isn't as nice as the coated collector.

I sent the pictures to Austin's work email and it looks like he is sick today so Yoshi234 is going to pull through.
Chad, The pan is still baffled, capacity is reduced by about 1/3 qt.

The pan will work for any header. However, it was designed for use with my headers and it will be apparent when the pictures come up. The tubes on this header are large but the pan was spec'd to even handle large diameter tubes with nearly the same ground clearance. Larger tubes will probably be needed for the new Big B Dart blocks that can go up to 2.2L or 2.3L I believe.
I gota go to a meeting, but I did make an album for them so check them out here:

Ken, It's a modified version of the Moroso 20901 and will fit any B series engine, however you do need a new pick up for the pan. In the picture you'll notice that the pan is at a slightly steeper angle than the header. That's to help get the oil back to the pick up. The header is parallel to the ground.
The comparison is with the USDM ITR collector. This header will use a different exhaust for the track versus street.
As for oil pan and pick up cost, I don't know yet. I know the initial number ordered will make a difference and as with all my pricing I'll try to keep it fair. After reading all the posts of guys banging headers I thought this was long overdue. If you still can hit this header you may also be leaving a black line of fluid under the car.

Wow, that looks great... keep us posted.
Oh, if you need a test dummy for the ITR, I'm 30 min away

Thanks for all the positive comments.
This header isn't sized for an ITR engine and would probably result is a power loss.

More like way bigger than 2.5!
I am doing testing on it. Ill let you Type-R owners know how it works on an almost
2 LITER Type-R I have been building. This thing is all out street dominator. I will also test it on a few fully built CRVtecs.
I will put it directly up against some other headers and put up a review.
Good work Dave. The header is bad ***.
