car wont start need help

my fule filter is getting no fule at all, the fuel pump is not turning on and the motor is rocking and clicking but wont start. i know it is a fuel problem but what can it bee

did u check the fuses/fuel relay. maybe you need a new fuel pump or fuel filter.

main relay...also check the fuel pressure. and check the fuel pump!
