break problems?
Alright, well I ordered my tires and everything, and I have my first autocross event (track event) this weekend, and my caliper had seized a week before. Today I finally got a chance to get the new one and put it on, did everything as planned and in order, then took it for a drive. Well when I press on the brake, the piston comes out like it should, but it seems to recess too far back in when you let go, which is making the pedal go way to far down just to grab. When it grabs it grabs hard, but it just seems like it has to travel much farther then normal. Any suggestions to get me on the road and out to this event Saturday??
Also.. the e-brake is not fully tightened, would that make the pedal such a further distance before engaging?
Ive been told there is a spring in the back of the piston that is probibly pulling it back??
