Default Critical Functioning Unit... what is this???

I am taking apart a 91 Acura Integra... and after taking out the interior side panel (rear passenger seat back to hatch)... There is an aluminum box with a yellow sticker on it about 6x8. It says that it is a critical functioning unit... etc. I do not need it, since the car is being parted out, but I am curious as to what it is. Anyone know? Anyone need one???
Thanks.

Did the car have ABS? If so, that's probably the ABS ECU.
