Default stiff shifting

I just got home from running some erands after work and i noticed my shifter is

getting stiffer the longer i drive.( I have a short shifter) , anyone know whats up?

please dont tell me its my synchros

One time I took my car to redline in 2nd gear, and after that, it became very hard getting it into each gear. This was the end of my original clutch, parts of the clutch disc around the springs had broken off. I replaced the clutch and all is good.

well i know for sure my throwout bearing is gone . cause it makes this annoying
noise when the clutch isnt engaged, you think this is the problem?

If it's keeping the disc from disengaging fully, then yeah that could make it hard to get into gear.
