project turbo dads 4 door
my dad gave the go to turbocharge his gs non-vtec 4 door. we will start ordering parts very soon. he is finally recieving a work car. we are also going to yank out the slush box and replace it with a 5 speed, thinking itr tranny. i want to go with a small quick spoolling turbo. 10-12psi, conservative goal is 300whp. also ordered a eibach prokit for it. gotta keep the ride nice for the old man. exterior will remain stock besides maybe a front lip. opinions welcome. ill keep u posted.

my dad is torn between a GTO, new stang GT or another benz(probably a starmark CLK). but a turbo integra that your dad wants to build with you is very cool or any type of project car is fun and good bonding time.

Wow, my dad likes working on cars but says I spend way too much money on mine. Which is weird 'cuz he bought his first project car for $500 and put like $1500 into it... hm...

sweet.My dad bought himself a cayenne pepper red 4 door integra after i got mine.Me and him are modifing it a little bit.But he is 57 tommarow and he likes tastefull mods.I got him a oem spoiler for his birthday.I may get him painted side skirts and lip.I think he would enjoy those mods.

thats sick bro that ur dad is lettin u do that, is the car goin to be both of yours, since he's goin to have a daily driver? but keep us posted on the project and process and try to get some vids and dyno's sheets after ur done!!

My dad is an alcoholic and left me when I was 2. I know he works on cars though and is a stock car racer....we don't speak though. Probably a good thing...

....on one hand, my mom thinks this **** im doing is cool and actually backs me. probably because i pay my own college and work 40-60 hours a week trying to pay off my car. so the turbo kit that is on mine is all hard work

my dads pretty cool about stuff like this.. He's helping me get a turbo kit too. He looked at the full race kits and pointed out stage 4- (*****n 700hp setup) and i'm no where near close of having that kit in.. lol
That should be a nice father son project. Get him somethin good for father's day

Your dad is hella tight man. Thats so cool that hes working alongside you on a turbo integra project. My dad just likes old cars, he bought this 69 AMC AMX....we built the motor and are working on the body and motor bay now to get it all nice and clean before we put the motor get back in. It's funny, i let my dad drive my car and the first thing he says is the AMX will blow the doors off this. My father also has this strange obsession with 1966 Volvo 122-S cars...we have 3 of them...i'm just like wtf these things should not be taking up space in the driveway. Good luck on your project and keep up the fun with the old man.
