Default H22 in Del Sol? Any of you have it? Any difference than swaping in a normal Civic?

H22 in Del Sol? Any of you have it? Any difference than swapping in a normal Civic? I really want to put a K20 in my Del Sol but lately I have been looking at the h-Series motors about half the cost for similar power. Just wanted to make sure the install would be the same as a normal civic. I'm mainly concerned with the shift linkage since the tunnel is a little different. Thanks in Advance.

I was talking guy that is doing one. He said that he trimed alittle more than a EG. He said it was nothing major.

I have never done one in a Del sol.

One big differnece I noticed with swapping the H22A in a del Sol is that when I'm finished, when I go out for a test drive, I can take the top down and enjoy the sunny California weather.

i just bought a del sol shell and i am trying to go full race, i have a full cage and an h22 sitting in my garage, i have a 92 prelude, i can just cut out the shifter assembely and just cut out a whole to fit in the del sol but do i weld that in before the motor is in or do i put the motor in and kind of work backwards to make sure that its not to long or to short. also if anybody knows where i can get some cheap swap axles for h22 in a sol please let me know im looking to buy them in the next couple of days.
