has anyone put a d series dc header on a d16z6 with auto trans?

well the thing is, this guy is selling a dseries header, and the dc header says mt only. he told me that it will bolt up to the head, but might not reach all the way because the oilpan might be different

but why would dc put mt only? would there be some other reason why it says mt only?

 

honestly i have no idea. but like i said my buddy brad put a header that came off the d16z6 that came in my hatch into his 1995 ex coupe. and it fit just fine. so maybe dc seems it is just pointless to put it on a auto

 

are you buying the header online? is there a link of the ad (if online)? the header should fit.

The only reason was that with the header they cannot validate the CARB sticker on a automatic car..
