They are internally the same. The only difference being the distributor plug as compared to an OBD1 distributor which you mentioned in the title of this post.

I thought the Integra did what the Prelude did and moved the TDC and CKP sensors from the distributor to the crank when it went OBD2. I've never seens a OBD2 Integra distributor to confirm, though.

Thanks. My ls/vtec isn't starting and I'm using an obd2 distributor with the obd1 wiring harness. I'll go back and check all my grounds and look over the electrical diagram for the starter system.
