A&J Racing Track Day at Pacific Raceways (56K perish)
Well it's seems like everyone is posting pics of track events that are starting now that it is summer - I thought I would chime in.
I went to the first A&J/Proformance day at Pacific Raceways near Auburn WA.
The event was held on Monday which is a holiday in Canada - so a bunch of us
Canucks went down to the good ol' US of A to drive around a very fun track for
several hours. We totally lucked out on the weather - and it was a nice end to a
long weekend.
The "Peace" Arch in Blaine:
Most of us came down the night before and stayed in Auburn. I was so wiped from
getting my car loaded onto my trailer (1st time trailer noob) I basically went to
bed as soon as I got there.
It was nice to have the full motorcade police escort on the way down though...
Seattle is always a nice city at sunset (is that an Edsel?)
The next morning all got unloaded and waited for the late comers:

and the rest of the pics I took when I wasn't driving.... see if you can spot Dr. Pooface in his brand new suit. We had fun changing positions on the track all day
long.

wish i could have gone to at least spectate. i spy some locals, which is always good to see. 
ha ha, jonas' ek doesn't have 3m on the front for a spoon look.

Damn looks like fun. I saw this guy getting off Hwy 18 when I was leaving school. Would have been fun to go if I didn't have school.

How bad did it turn out? Looked mostly cosmetic from what I saw...hopefully nothing critical was bent/broken. Well it was fun playing out there with you for that short session, your car is pretty quick
** If anyone has a digital8mm camcorder with a DV out in the area, my DV-out is busted and I cant upload all my footage from the track day **
