Water in motor?
I am in the process of swapping the block out my brothers gsr for one that isnt blown.
Anyway, Ive got the new block sitting outside with my brothers head sitting on top of it. I didnt plan for it to be there too long but it has. Of course I did cover it up from the rain. Somebody or something removed the bag I had covering the motor. Well it has rained and now there is water in the motor. As of now I still need to put on the head gasket and put the head on and also replace the oil pan and gasket. Would water being in the motor cause it harm as long as we are taking off the oil pan or what? Will I be able to just drain what oil is left and be ok?
