Default $500 for a revhard cast manifold!!! WTF???

Just called Rev hard cuz my exhaust manifold is cracked and they want $500 for a replacement. Does this sound right to anyone? The damn thing is barely a year old and its already cracked, not worth $500 in my opinion.

Anyone know where I can find on cheaper?

thats exactly what I've been thinking about. Atleast that thing will hold up for more than a year and will make more power too

Only problem is I would have to get a new downpipe for it though.....

I thought that RevHard dp's were compatible with Inline Pro manifolds.

InLine Pro told me it was like 1/2" off and it can work with some modifications.

I am using a Revhard Dpipe with my Inline Pro manifold and it fits perfect, no modifications

I'd shell out the extra cash and get the Inline Pro

Get the inline pro

I've got the same setup: Inline Pro mani and Revhard downpipe. Fits nearly perfect. I didn't modify at all, just tightened the **** out of those bolts

Damn I had mine RevHard mani for like almost 3 years and in perfect condition. Just had it jet-Hot coated it recently with the Jet-Hot 2000.

Sorry this had to happen but for $500 bux I would get that Lovefab mani for just a little more and lots of bling.

or like everyone says get the InlinePro one, it's SS and very nice.

Oh heres pics of my mani after it was coated. I think I paid $450 shipped for it from a some company that started with Dynamic ?????? something. (Forgot their name cause they almost screwed me of my manifold)

Not a big fan of those because your WG only taps into one of your exhaust runners compared to all 4 if you go with the InlinePro. Just $.02 from a boost n00b that's been doing a LOT of research on this stuff.

Well sir, I bought this a few years back when there not Inline Pro SS did not exist. I remember the manifolds that people get back then was the RevHard one or the Drag.

Since this is what I had and has not broken I will continue to use this. Got no problems with it, and don't expect any either.
If you compare the two manifolds the wast-gate is actually only a few inches difference. I know it makes a difference but it works fine, if you really want to put the waste-gate in the right location then you should put it with the DP flange.

That's my baby. I wasn;t trying to rag on your manifold. That was just something I found people say on more than one occasion and it does make sense if you think about it. Sorry if I came across as an ***.

Jet-Hot did it for me.

This is their Jet-Hot 2000 coating, which comes in 3 colors only. Black, grey, or blue. They charged me $135 shipped back to me for this. Guarantee to reduce underhood temps by 35% and warrenty for 3 years on chipping(cause it was used, it would be lifetime if the product was new)

This will hold the temps that the turbo manifolds creates, 2500F I was told. I was originally going for the sterling silver(1500F) but it would not hold up to the temps for these kinds applications.

IslandSi it's cool, I see your point and yes it does make sense. However a turbo manifold is a turbo manifold unless it's the SSAutocrome.
