Default moved to CO idle seems to have problems?

wat up i just moved to colorado and the city is about 6000 ft up and my idle seems to have major problems! i cant seem to get it to idle at normal! it wants to idle at 100-200 and slowly die. ive tried to mess w/ the idle sensor but nothing really worked to well?? anything w/ help please thanks

did you try the idle adjust screw? new air filter?

possibly maybe it could be your head gasket or head cover gasket. is it alot colder? where did you move from? it could be a fuel system related problem. is your tach jumpy?

tach is fine, around 75-80 most of the time(temp)

FUEL GOOD, i noticed my belt maybe a tiny bit loose, not much tho, its still lining up dead on..., no codes either

good spark? i would just redo all the cheapest items that have'nt been done recently and hope for the best, that it's not something internal. what motor is it

good spark, changed those recently, ls/vtec b18b1 1700 miles on it brand new motor

- Warm up the car completely (fan comes on)
- disconnect IACV
- adjust idle screw to get idle to 600rpm
- turn car off
- plug the iacv back in
- RESET ECU (important)
- start car and let it idle til fully warm again, then turn on high beams and defroster for 2 min.

Idle Air Control Valve, right at the back of the pass side of the IM, can't miss it.

no, you gotta set base idle w/ the screw (600rpm). shut the car off, then plug it back in, reset the ecu (pull hazard fuse for 20 sec), then turn the car back on.

i tried messin w/ the screw but got nothin, loosend it and it would die, tighten it and it didnt change from before! will still die every now and then
