Default Cooling Capacity

I have an intercooler in decent shape with the core measurements of 5x10.5x2.5 inches which gives me a total of 131.25 cubic inches of cooling area. Yes its a very small intercooler. I will be mounting it as a fmic and I was wondering if this will be sufficent for 6-7psi? setup is d16a6, 14b, firefly intercooler(gay yes), dsm 450cc injectors, dsm bov, chipped ecu for 450cc slightly rich fuel map
