When I put my parking brake (e-brake) handle down the light stays on. Has this happen to anyone and is there a way to fix it?

I unplugged the clip... still on.
Disconnected the battery... still on.
Reset my ecu...still on.

 

How long ago did it happen? Are you losing brake pressure? If so check the lines. Try bleeding your brakes. If that stuff doesn't work, your M/C might be going bad.

 

Maybe I just need new brakes all around?

 

That isnt just your parking brake light... that is your brake warning light also. You might be really low on fluid, or your master cylinder could be blown (that happened to me)
