I always wanted a AEM cai and now that I have it......i hate cai maybe because I dont have a bypass valve and afraid of sucking water. But i switch over to my generic short ram with HKS filter...and love it. Noticeable difference between short and long ram.....NONE........I suggest you purchased some cheap intake from ebay........there some that looks exactly like AEM....

i just got one on ebay, like a few hours ago. i was just looking thru "90-93 integra", and went thru highest priced all the way down to lowest, and saw a mugen intake, haha i was like what a fake, but i read it and from the looks of it, its just this plastic holder thingy but thats cool, it only costed me like 40 bucks shipped. damn shipping prices! heres a look at if it ur curious.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...WA:IT

ive read TONS of threads stating theres very minimal differences, and always recommended a cheap ebay intake. unless u got the money to spend, get a real mugen box intake, or the icebox, heard those are awsome. goodluck.

an Intake is an Intake is an Intake... I dont care if one says AEM and the other is a no name brand.. if they both have the same pipe diameter and same bends to the pipes your not gonna notice any difference in performance between them. Maybe the AEM comes with a nice filter but its just a K&N filter... and they charge DOUGH for their intakes.. get an AEM replica off ebay it will do the exact same thing for a fraction of the price.
