Default 99 ex w/ lsvtec swap .. inspection???

I need your advice, i have a 99 EX w/ a lsvtec swap, stock 99 b16 head w/ 00 b18b bottom w/ p30's around 11:5. My car needs to get inspected very soon i was wondering if i could use a 99 si ecu or a 99 type r obd2 ecu? will it run to lean? i wont be driving around with the ecu in just at the inspection dyno. I cant use a obd1 ecu, b/c my states does a obd2 check.
