Default should i buy an fpr

first off i jstu searched for like half an hour, a did not find exacly what i wanted...my mods are as followed on my jdm h22a
intake, exhaust, str tb, honda spacer, skunk2 cams and gears, and a vafc
i need to go get it tuned soon

once i hit vtec (set at 0,0) it kinda slows down. it pulls very hard till then, but when it kicks in the revs and everything slows down. i took a friend for a ride in it and he said his stock h22 cams pull harder,
any suggestions would be much appreciatted
thanks

oh and a 100 shot dp is on the way if that matters

You will only need an fpr if your current fuel system is inadequate. You need a wideband to determine that.
