With OEM pistons, the ITR pistons should have a taller compression height, but it's still not enough to get it above the deck unless it's been milled.
With aftermarket pistons, the blocks are considered the same, so the piston-to-deck height won't change, unless one of the blocks has had the deck milled.
Most of the aftermarket pistons I've seen seem to have .020" of piston-to-deck height built into the compression height. I really don't like that b/c then I would have to end up milling the deck .020" to get the 0.00" clearance I desire.
