a6 intake maifold
wsup honda-tech.....well im going to replace my intake maifold because theres a small little hole...and my first plan was to get a d16y8 manifold and a b-serise t/b on it, but then i looked into skunk2 manifold and i was wondering if a b-seris t/b would fit a skunk2 A6 manifold because i know the oem mani doesnt.....and if not i was wondering if the Y8 skunk2 would fit a A6 motor...thanks for the help to everyone...sorry i tried searching but im also looking for other things soo i didnt really have alot of time..
The Z6/Y8/B-series Tb is different than the A6 TB.
The Skunk2 Y8 manifold should be your A6, you'll just have to relocate the IAT sensor, which you'd have to do to run the stock Y8 anyway.
The Z6 intake is the best N/A intake IMO. The aftermarket ones just seen to give up low-end power for top end power ( making the car slower daily driving, and just barely faster at the track ).
Stock honda intakes
Aftermarket intakes
Not worth the money IMO

Aftermarket manifolds are only good for very agressive builds. If intrested I do port work and have some ported z6 manifolds in stock and can match them up with a 58 or 60 mm throttle body. Polarbeartuning@yahoo.com if intrested.
