Who makes h22a mounts for a 90 integra?
Im about to trade my EF for a 90 integra.... I recently got a h22a swap for dirt cheap
I was going to put it into my EF but found everyone that tried it ran into problems with $$$ being poor myself I knew I wouldnt be able to afford it....
My question is, Which company makes h22a mounts for a 90 integra?
I checked Hasport but they didnt have it, they made it for 94+ integras....
Can someone tell me who sells them, and if they know the companys website....
Thanks

I searched for their mounts and I read someone had major problems with fitment of the mounts.... saying the tranny/rear mounts were off and the motor wouldnt fit properly.....
Does anyone know whats the deal with place's h22 mounts?
Is there any other companys that makes h22 mounts for 90+ integras? (2nd gen?)
thanks

Putting an h22 into a DA has been a long-standing "too much work" kinda swap, place racing's mount kit was the best thing to happen in a long time, but its fitment is disgusting, so screw it.

That doesn't mean that the kit is wrong. There may be something wrong with the car that the owner doesn't know about. These things are 11+ years old after all.

I think with the time/money your going to put into the h22 in a DA; your better off swaping the LS out and building the **** out of it. Or even a bseries VTEC motor. But then again we all are SET on our goals/plans!

I cut a good amount off the frame and place is saying i my need to cut more. I'm going to try again this weekand and do some more cutting to push the tranny over some. At this point i think its not worth it but when i'm done i'll me sure i'll be saying it was. Plus place has no more kits for or car for months plus since our car is cable nobody makes cable to hydro conversion h-series. So you have to make your own or have a shop build you one like me. Put it this way i'm in the hole 4g and my car still is not running. If your close to san jose some done and take a look if you want just give me a call. Email me pstevens@skylinecomputer.com
This weekand it'll be in for sure going to do whatever it takes i'll post what i had to do ect. Also the kit from place has no instructions since kit is only a couple months old. Oh and the funny part is when i first called they said straight drop in no cutting welding ect....

You're also wondering which H22 you actually have.
Place Racing built their kits with a certain engine/tranny combo in mind. If you go outside of that scope, it isn't Place's fault.

All h22 are the same. Only power wise which is what i'm worry about. I took the car to the shop and they used a doner motor out of a 95 lude and the same thing happened. Its not the motors. Plus place used a 95 swap on there project car.
I think just the frame needs alot hammering. I had a problem with the rear mount but was nothing major. Frame is straight also.
