2003 Accord front bumper cover

How do I replace the front bumper cover on a 2003 Accord 4 door sedan? I have been told that it is a major job, however it doesn't look that hard

Most of them are bolt-on affairs. Find a manual and get to work

My car even has some of those cheesy plastic fasteners to hold them on.
