what ZC dohc tranny fit on????
all deseries motors...i.e. stock motors from the 88-99 std, dx, si, hf, ex, lx, etc.
essentially, its the same tranny as the si tranny, but with a better final drive and slightly different gear ratios I believe. Someone correct me if Im wrong. I have also heard that the ZC tranny, while a very nice tranny to use on any d series motor, has some issues with fluid leaking due to seals. This is based only off of what I have read...as I have not had the privilege of owning one yet...hth

never had a problem with mine and it will bolt up to any d series in an ef( ED chassis in US ) chassis considering it uses a cable to disengage the clutch. It can possibly be used in newer i.e. eg ek chassis with some modification but why..when you do you will also need to use the zc intermediate shaft.
