Q's about EVAP system on my b16a2, with PICS!!!
Ok I am having trouble connecting all the vaccume lines on my skunk2 IM and I am wondering if I will have any problems if I do not use the sensor located on the fuel rail. Smog is not a major concern right now. Will I have to run OBD1 in order to avoid a CEL?
Here are a few pics of my motor:

theres not a sensor on the fuel rail. the only things connected to the fuel rail are injectors, and the fuel pressure regulator. not exactly sure what youre asking. theres tons of vacumm diagrams on ht just search and you should be able to figure out your problem.

There is a sensor, solonoid, or valve of some kind on the back of the fuel rail opposite of the injectors. I am asking if I need it.

yeah that thing on the fuel rail is the evap thing for obd2 setup. obd1 doesnt have it. i am not sure what you need? i would imagine it would throw a cel if you unplugged it.
just hook the vacuum line to a T-fitting and connect the T to the PCV hose.
here is a pic by a ht member, sorry i dont remember who.
