I dont have a beater but I try and keep the miles down by using my Bike (Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R)

I thought it would be cool to put some 17s on my hyundai accent

 

R buried in the back, unstoppable snow destroyer hatchcrap up front

 

i dont know have pictures of my beater but ill try to post some very soon. Its a VW passat vr6 as a winter beater

I love the defenders.
Just look at the avatar.

I've spend about 6000 miles in a 110 TD5 driving around southern Africa. Much respect to this vechicle.....


.....even tho the Land Cruiser in the group was more relaible and fuel efficient.
But not as cool

I've looked into buying a D90 in the U.S., but the cheaper ones are abused rust buckets.

I was at a family picnic a few years back, and there was a yellow defender there. I never found out who's it was, but I sure wish it was mine.

 

Back when I still had #009:



The soft top in the background belongs to my Scout. I would absolutely love to have a D90, but any time I've seen one listed in the paper, asking price is $30k or above

Beaters rule

 

Ok, so obviously I didn't post a pic of "both" or all of the cars together so I'll just have to ***** with another pic from yesterday:




A couple of things I noticed when I looked closer at myself;

1) I was clearly looking ahead but, to where I do not know, nor am I sure it helped.

2) The R looks a crapload cleaner, even shiny in this pic but I have no idea why since it was dusty as hell.

3) And finally unfortunately I see my double chin's Fawk I got FATTTTT!

 

 

why are you parked sideways in a parking space with a helmet on your melon? I dont understand...???
