Default VSS on 89 CRX with B18C1?

ok, I need to know how to get my VSS working on a 89 CRX with a 95 B18C1 motor with YS1 LSD cable tranny. anybody with a B-series swap and cable tranny know? I have not finished the swap but someone brought it to my attention that the 89 CRX does not have a VSS on the cluster.

Can I just re-use the cable tranny speedo gear drive?

The VSS is in the cluster. Yes you can use a d-series gear driven one thats what I'm using on my Y1. I just pulled the gear driven one out of my 88 cable trans and put it in the y1.
