Default PLEASE: Few Suspension Questions, Need To Know Stuff, save me money

Okay lots of writing in this thread.

I have an 89 Crx Si as a parts car, this parts car is lowerred I can tell but the springs are ****, on the back I can see tokiko blue shocks but the front are black and unmarked so I have no idea. Keep in mind this car in an 89

Now my daily driver is an 88 Crx Si on stock suspension. I want to lower it.

I found these springs on here that are for a good price and look to be adjustable.

"88-91 civic Aerospeed coilovers" Thats what the thread title is, I dont know what year they are for because the 88 has a type r styl lower control arm right? Can anyone tell me what year these are from.

Those are the pics form the thread, spring rate is unknown but there adjustable so I want them.

Can anyone tell me what year they are for? If they will fit over my tokiko/unkown shocks? And what lower control arm I am supposed to use?

My parts car is going to the wreckers thursday so if the tokikos/unkonws work then I have to take them off. And I need to know which control arms to keep.

THANKS, help a noob to suspension

They sit on top of the shock perch. The 88-91 springs are all the same, it's the rear 88 shocks that are different.

I was thinking of just taking off the 4 lower control arms and the rear shocks?

Would I be able to use my rear tokiko blue shocks form the 89 Si with these aero speed springs if I bring the 89 LCA's over to the 88? And just buy 2 front new shocks?? Cause The front doesnt seem worth the effort because they look siezed and may just be stock anyways.

????? What should I do

first of all.....what color are the shocks....if white...then theyre illuminas...also check for an ajustable (for lack of a better word) "screw"

that should help with identifying the shocks

Well they were black lol thats all I remember, cars out in the country so its not like I can just step outside and look, could have been stock for all I know.

Think I should take all 4 along with the lcas? or just the back 2 with the tokikos and the 4 lcas?

The springs I pictured in the first pic are what I want, will they work?
