Just curious if anyone is racing a car at the June Sprints at Road America this year? I know I've seen a few Hondas at the Sprints before. I'll be spectating and will probably take part in the touring during lunch.

I can't afford to go to the Sprints this year but I'll definatly be there for BRIC and Road America 500

I'm glad to see there's another Road America regular on h-t

 

I will be there crewing on a GT-5 car for the Sprints and then racing my 86 CRX si the next weekend at Road America in the Milwaukee Region SCCA double regional on june 26-27.

This might be a way-out question, but you don't also run a 1979 Civic in GT-5, do you? I know there's a purple and white first-gen that runs in GT-5 each year. That's not you, is it?

 

No, sorry that is not us. We have won the sprints in GT-5 the last 2 or is it 3 years straight. Our driver set a new track record in GT-5 at the sprints last year on the way to the win. We raced a Fiat 128 3p the last few years but, that car met it demise at the BRIC last year in the kink. A new Fiat is being built and should make the Sprints.
