omni power full coilover
Just thought you guys might be interested in these. Very high quality setup for a very reasonalbe price. They retail for $699.99 from
http://www.omnipowerusa.com
The ride quality is a night and day difference from my old set up (stock struts, with sprint springs.)
spring rates are F=10K - 560 ft/lbs & R=6K – 336 ft/lbs.
Its a little bit bouncy but nothing to complain about at all. i took my car up to a few twisty roads after installing these and was nothing less than completely satisfied how they handled. I still havnt had a chance to push my car to its limits to see what this setup is really capable of, but as of right now i would recomend these to anyone that wants a really nice setup, but is on a tight budget.
anyways, a few pictures -

i have the sport version, i think they are just to stiff for the street. i like it but people that ride in my car hate it. if you hit little bumps going over 30 mph you fly out your seat.

ill take some pictures tomorrow.
i pre-loaded the springs when i was installing them by loostening the nut on the top of the strut, pushing the spring to the top, and raising the two purches until there was hardly any play. after installing everything i went back and tightened the nut on the strut and that loaded the springs nicely.
so far im very satisfied with the ride quality. i think steve came to a very good compromise of comfort and performance.

i take that back. i think i mistook stiffness for bouncieness.

you bet it is
you bet it is
they look really nice.. and seem to have nice spring rates.. hmm i wonder if each shock is valved for the different rates he offers in the other set-ups?? the man knows what he is doing tho, he is the truth working for skunk2 and all.. the porduct looks well constructed and balanced.. im just waiting for some adjustable damper effects to be added and i will be all over that ****.. may have to get rid of my skunks and koni yellows... because they look sexy..
oh and guys i know alot of people are running a softer rated spring on the street and are low with no wheel gap, they squat all over the place and scrap/bottom out when pushing the car.. so a stiffer spring is worth the compromise in comfort IMO..

That's because the guy that made and produced the OMNI line of products used to work for Skunk2. Just compare his A-upper control arm front camber kits with the Skunk2's and they look exactly if not very very similar.
His stuff appears to be of the same quality but for a much better price!
