Well, I traded my h22 del sol the other day. I think I made out pretty good in the deal.

Well the hatch is a 94 dx, d15b7/auto. But the inside is why I made the trade. TV/DVD/CD/amp/EQ/alarm with power windows/ locks, auto start, custom headliner, door panels, kick panel speakers, working a/c( big plus in florida) and the 98 h22a4/m2y4 with shifter, cables, ecu, and alxes.

 

Take some more pics. The hatch needs alot of tlc.

You traded your del slow for a hatch?

 

OK let me clarify it for all: I traded my h22 94 del sol si for a running 94 hatch plus a 98 h22a4 w/ cables,shifter,ecu,and axles. Yes it was an even trade also. Plus I kept my wheels.

Yes the hatch needs a little love but the del sol needed it also. The del sol needed some bodywork and paint, had an ok interior, the hatch needs minor bodywork, paint and the interior is mint.

 

those wheels on that delsol are nasty.

I would have just kept the sol.

 

hatches are better i think especially with a h22

i honestly don't see what "ooo's and ahh's" in the interior pushed you into the trade. but the fact that you got an hatch and a H22 is a pretty big "O". like others
said, get rid of that ugly bumper and corners in favor of some stock pieces, and throw on some EK sideskirts...and that's a big 2 's for a sic hatch. are you gonna keep the a/c and power steering?

P.S...if those are LED windshield washer squirters...please burn ASAP...and when the fire is nice and hot, also throw in the Westcoast choppers decal!

 

Well I could never seem to get around to doing the interior of the del sol, so figure the interior is already done in the hatch, all I have to do is the motor which for me is easy to do again. Yes the interior might be considered "rice" but I like to have a show-n-go car, going fast is fun but I would rather go fast in style. My style, and I don't really care if others don't like my taste in wheels or the fact that my car has a tv and dvd player and stuff in it. Its MY car and I don't care if you don't like what it is or how it looks. I got the same comments when I was doing the del sol ie: the wheels are too big, ugly, I don't like the color, why did you use such a heavy body, blah blah blah. Because I like it, thats why. I don't go around putting down other peoples taste or style or rag on how their cars look or perform, so don't do it to me! This isn't aimed at you just at everyone who comes on here looking to make fun of someone elses ride.
P.S.: Thats not a west coast choppers sticker, it the shop that did the install on the interior, and even if it was, whats wrong with that?
