Default DOHC ZC = Pain in my ***. pls help any one

I got a 91 crx with a DOHC ZC.
I did the swap myself thats proply the 1st proplem
But i did the swap and it ran hella good -
for all of 3 days really it ran for 5 but i only drove it for 3 day.
on day 3 i was going to my girlfriends house she lives like 25-30 mins. away i was aboult 5 miles away from her house when i heard a squeek from the eng. and felt a loss of power then the car stop running so i pushed it in to a parking lot and poped the hood the belt was in between the cam gears and the head.
found out that the intake cam shaft was scraping the cam shaft bareing and tearing off so clumps which locked up the cam. ( that really good for your eng.) So i thought it would be chepper to just buy the whole head off of ebay then to repalce all that ****.
well it take a month for the head to get here and i just put it on and got the car running yesterday and it runs like ****.
i have no power at low rpms but it gets power at high rpms and idles like ****.
i have tried a lot of stuff it in time i check it and re did it 5 times.
Pls. i need some help yall.

Yes its in time all the marks are lined up.
and the head looked like it was in great shape
i plan on doing the compression test today
i still have the hf ecu and it ran fine with that before (dont plane on keeping the hf ecu)
wiring seems fine and so dose the fuel
not really sure aboult the dizzy but it work before this

yes, it sounds like your timing. make sure your marks are lined up on the compression stroke. with the number 1 piston at the top of its stroke. I've had the same problem.
