Default Timing marks on b16 and b18 engines.

Ok i have a b18a bottem end mated to my b16 head. When i bought the b18a it was blown up and didnt have any engine covers. I pretty much built the motor and then used everything from my b16 including the engine covers.

My question is are the crank pulley timing marks gonna be the same for the both. Right now my b16 covers are on the b18a bottem end. Will i be able to set the timing?? I had the motor running but when i took the head back off to get ported I put it back together and i dont think i got the timing just right.
