Default obd question on motor swap.

I bought a 40k mile motor out of a 93 accord. I have a 94 lx, and I was told to find out which obd each are, and if there is anything else I need to know before I start swapping. My 94 is a 5spd, and I think the new one is auto. I don't think there is a problem there, but if anyone knows of any problems I may run into, please let me know.

I plan on keeping the tranny that I have. I found out today that the new motor is an f20a. I would like to find out any possible problems with this new swap....

F20a with an auto transmission on it right now, going into a 94 lx with a 5 speed.

I have a chiltons manual with step by step, but it says nothing about the motor that I just bought. I know it is a JDM 2.0 liter sohc out of a 90-93 lx. Anyone who can shed some light on my situation, let me know.
