Hey whats up i am swapping my b18c5 in my crx..what are the steps for swapping i lost them and been searching...

step 1. park car and put on jack stands or on lift.

step 2. remove old motor.

step 3. put new motor in.

step 4. turn key and hope it starts.

 

umm that really works BUT WHAT ARE THE STEPS OF TAKING THE MOTOR OUT PUTING IT IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thank u

What the hell are these forums for? I thought they were here to seek help and advice. Lots of people are completely capable of completing a task if they get good instruction. Just cuz you don't know exactly how at first doesn't mean that you should never try it. I am planning this same swap. You will need to get new mounts from Hasport and they sell the linkage as well. With the new mounts your motor will bolt right in. Your car originally had OBD-0 and the 'teg motor has OBD-2 so you will need to wire that in. Do a search on Automotiveforums.com and you will find a lot of info. The people there actually give advice.
