what's the best aftermarket atx filter/cooler?

what's the best aftermarket atx filter/cooler?
looking to add an external filter/cooler

i have 4cyl ATX
saw something on ebay, factory filter that works like a fuel filter..
$20
doesn't COOL though

i believe the AT filter is a lifelong filter........
