The idle drops down real low when I turn the a/c on its a HF crx with 146,000 miles any ideas as to how I can fix this?
I already tried bumping the idle up but that didnt work

ok. you might have to do some testing here. but the ECU can tell when the A/C is on. Find out which wire that is and make sure it's connected properly. (Helms). Also your IACV (aka EACV) could be bad..
IACV affects this because when the ECU see's that the AC is on it opens the IACV to let more air into the engine.
Does your engine idle really low under heavy electrical load? (High beams on w/ rear defroster?)
Mine did the same thing. I replaced the ecu and it works fine now. It used to idle at like 400rpm w/ AC or High elec load. Now with the new ecu its rock solid @ 850rpm
