if its not to hard, im thinkin about jsut puttin the vtec head on my car. Is there any issues of reliabilitiy? will my sh*t blow up? I was just hopin it might work so i dont have to go out and spend 2,100 on a whole new motor.

[QUOTE=CivicVXHatch]Well let's see you have a sohc motor so, no you can't put on a dohc head...[QUOTE]

There' s a thread of 14 pages in this forum where it shows that it can be done and actually RUNS !

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=776837

So just read the whole thread and find out what mods are needed.

seems like you have to do alot of modifying before the thing will actually run, not sayin it wont work, but i thought it would be alot easier...now im contemplating whether i should go ahead and try it or just save for a swap. i dunno
