Quick mini me question HAVE SEARCHED
i have the head and intake manifold off of a 95 civic ex, i was told that i cant use the same si ecu from a 89 civic with the 95 intake mani because the injector work different or some ****, is it true

In a way, yes thats true, but there is a real easy fix. Remove the injector resistor box from the system (and wire all the wires that were going to it together) and you can use the higher impedance (from your 95 civic stuff) injectors. The optimum way to do this swap is to convert to OBD1 and use the p28 ecu, but it can work with the PM6.

so i dont need the injector resistor box anymore?
i dont have it in the first place because i am doing the mpfi swap at the same time as the mni me swap
