Default gains on a k20/k24 frank motor?

i know b18crx has done a frank motor in an ep3... but i was just wonderin what the gains would possibly be on an accord? is it worth it? i got a 04 accord 5spd... i was thinking of swapping the heads this summer for a type-s head. i've been hearing great stories on cars like the ep3 and ek's. just wanted to know if its worth it for my car? and what kind of gains could i expect out of it?

I've seen some baseline at 180 WHP but its torque is whats the biggest gain over any other honda hybrid swap. The 180 WHP is also with fairly low compression pistons.
