Brushing aluminum

i need some advice on brushing an aluminum panel. i'm looking to achieve this pattern and look on the pictures below and was wondering if it can be achieved with a dremel.

i think they use a wire brush to do that...hope that helps

i did that to my lower subframe support plate.....you need a grinder....and a special plate.....
