code 16
i have a stock d15b2 and today i was driving and the car started idling weird then all of a sudden died. started it back up then i noticed everytime i took it over 3000 rpm it would start bogging then it died and would not start. checked the codes and got a code 16, but like for the past week my distributor has been making a low pitch sqeal so i had an extra distro handy and changed it out when it died and the car started up no problem, i know code 16 is the injectors but what i wanted to know was could bad injectors make my dizzy go out or what do you guys think?
maybe it was code 15 which is ignitor. if a dpfi car throws a code 16 and still drives it is most likely the fuel pump. if one of the injectors stops working then the engine dies.
