Idle Bolt on the back of tranny?? Spliting the 2 pieces of the tranny, any sugestions?

Idle Bolt on the back of tranny?? Spliting the 2 pieces of the tranny, any sugestions?
I am currently about to take the Clutch Casing (gear set, differential) all from a 95 Integra LS Transmission and am going to be putting it togehter with my current 99 Si Bell housing? I got all the bolts around the bell housing off.
What should i be expecting by taking off the Idle Pulley allen head bolt?
Are there any other things i should be aware of?

BUMP...How does the Clip on the end of the gear shaft come apart? Its a 95 LS tranny and i dont see anyway to get the clip out of the area it needs too.

snap ring pliers or you could make a plier by shaping the tips of a needle nose plier with dimples.
